Location:  East of the CBD. 

Weird vibes in this super-rich place....  Many of these rich would be happier on an island in the Caribean.... 

A good house, but fishing, hunting and snorkeling, mixing with natives... 

Appearances are thin and brittle....
As is Civilization and protection from armed gangs or fanatics (see parts of the USA like Minneapolis) .
