My Jaw was aching quite a bit (surgery handling) and it was hard to sleep soundly... I did a total immersion at the mini Lagoon . And heard the jaw "cracking' ... healthy sounds of the muscles contracting .
This method in cold water also relaxes the mind and makes you feel revitalized. I went for a short run on the beach , then changed into warm clothes.

I too love Tower Hill. There is something evocative and mysterious about it, that ancient volcanic landscape. And like you, Jules, I am a great believer in cold water immersion therapy. One of the Van Tulleken brothers demonstrated on TV how it helped a woman suffering from depression, when drugs were of no use. https://medicalxpress.com/news/2018-09-cold-ease-depression.html It also has immeasurable physical benefits.
PS Your landscape photos are lovely!
